PAYMENT OPTIONS
SHIPPING POLICY Continental US International Orders When you place your order, you will not be charged any shipping and handling. Within a few hours of placing your order, you will be emailed a link to pay the cost of shipping your order internationally. The cost is determined by weight and destination. We do it this way because we don't want you to be overcharged. We want to ensure you are charged the actual shipping and handling cost. If we do not receive payment within 5 days, your order will be canceled and your payment refunded. There are two shipping methods for international orders, First Class or Priority Mail. Most orders will be shipped First Class. Heavier orders and orders larger in size will be shipped Priority Mail. Delivery time for both methods is 6 - 10 days. We are not responsible for international orders that are lost or damaged during shipping. If you do not receive your order within 10 days, contact your local post office. SHIPPING & HANDLING RATES Free shipping & handling on everything in the United States. RETURN POLICY We only accept the return of damaged goods and it's on a case-by-case basis. DAMAGED ORDERS Items shipped via UPS are fully insured. If your order is damaged, please contact us at sales. We will file a claim with UPS. Do not dispose of the box, nor the item(s) as UPS will likely pick up your damaged order. If the item(s) are in stock, we will send you a replacement after we are contacted via UPS (approximately two weeks). If the item(s) is no longer in stock, we will issue you a refund. PRICE PROTECTION Manufacturers occasionally and unexpectedly change their prices. This is beyond our control. Therefore, we are unable to provide price protection. |
